The greatest way to experience Jim Corbett National Park is on safari in one of Corbett's many safari zones. The Park is geographically separated into five beautiful zones for better administration of park tourists.According to the park's geography, the exotic wildlife is classified into four zones. Safaris into the wilderness are best experienced in a Jeep or a canter. Smaller groups should choose the Jeep Safari while larger groups should go with the Canter Safari. However, there is also the option of an elephant safari, which is usually offered in the mornings, for those with a sense of adventure. The five jim corbett safari zones are: Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Durga Devi, and Pawalgarh Forest Zone Safari.
